Production:
Made with the Martinotti method. Grapes are hand-harvested in September and fermented in autoclaves for 70 days without crushing or additives.
100% natural, no sulfites or artificial additives are used. Cultivated biodynamically and dry-farmed, relying solely on natural moisture.
Characteristics:
Rich golden color with fine, persistent bubbles.
Typical Moscato aroma with notes of juicy dried and candied fruits like raisins, apricots, and pineapple, complemented by a hint of acacia.
Very sweet.
Best served chilled at 6–8°C.
